About this job
To lead, manage and develop the services of the Contracts Department.
Responsible for checking, validating and drafting contracts for the clients
working on cross border assignments worldwide. Ensuring any potential liabilities are brought to the immediate attention of the Management prior to contracts being issued.
Ensuring that internal systems and databases are continually updated and details accurate.
Manage and develop a team of three contracts staff.
Continually train and assess subordinates to ensure business needs are understood and met
Reply to queries from internal and external partners/clients via e-mail, telephone and Skype
Acting as the single point of contact for all internal contract enquiries
MIS and ad hoc reporting as required by the Management
Note:
Proven management experience
Excellent Communication skills (written and spoken)
