Designation :Executive-Sr. Executive-Customer Service

 

Responsible for the full lifecycle of our clients including:

 

o Point of contact for all enquiries either by telephone or e-mail

 

o Raising invoices

 

o Making payments

 

o Drafting contracts

 

o Collecting and checking time sheets

 

o Collecting and verifying compliance related documentation

 

Accurate data input to document management software.

 

Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and service delivery turnaround within set time frames.

Profile

The above position is in Noida. Candidates should live within reasonable travelling distance to the office and have their own means of conveyance.

 

Prior experience of a minimum of 1 years in a similar role preferred but not essential

 

Articulate with an excellent command of written and spoken English

 

Self starter, able to take responsibility, ownership and initiative.

 

Flexible attitude. Willing to move between departments when necessary

 

Good attention to detail.

 

Ability to multitask

 

Able to work in shifts. Office timings are 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Graduates preferred.

Candidates with International BPO/Handling international Clients experience may only apply.
